A kebab is a dish of vegetables, meat, or seafood cut into pieces, skewered, and cooked on a grill.

Veg Kabab is a delicious snack cum starter made using mixed vegetables like carrot, beans, cabbage, peas, capsicum, potatoes and spices. 

We use a mix of carrots, cauliflower, mushrooms, potatoes, green peas and onions.  

Besan or gram flour is added to bind the minced veggies. Depending on the moisture content in the besan.
