A kebab is a dish of vegetables, meat, or seafood cut into pieces, skewered, and cooked on a grill or in an oven or stove.

Veg Kabab.

Veg Kabab is a delicious snack cum starter made using mixed vegetables like carrot, beans, cabbage, peas, capsicum, potatoes and spices. 

We use a mix of carrots, cauliflower, mushrooms, potatoes, green peas and onions.  

Besan or gram flour is added to bind the minced veggies. Depending on the moisture content in the besan.

ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and  garam masala powder.

Chicken -Beef or Mutton Boti Kabab

Our Boti kebab is a kebab consisting of chunks of meat (lamb, mutton, chicken, or beef) that are soaked in a mixture of yogurt, garlic, ginger, chilis, papaya, and spices such as garam masala, chili powder, and cumin.

This appetizer kebab recipe is prepared with cubed meat pieces, which are marinated well in papaya paste, green chili paste, and garlic paste. These marinated mutton pieces are further cooked with various spices and then grilled to perfection in skewers

Shammi Kabab

A shami kebab is a small patty of meat mixed with fillings and spices.

Shami kebab are tender patties made with beef and chana dal (yellow split peas), and then dipped in eggs and pan-fried. These kebabs are kid-friendly, naturally gluten-free, and so wholesome!

When cooking shami kabab, be careful not to over-fry or over-cook them. Cook them on low-medium heat and keep an eye on them to ensure that they are cooked evenly

Chapali Kabab.

Boti Kabab
